WHEN IS IT OPEN?
Oasis Wildlife will be open all year round from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9am to 6pm.
HOW MUCH DOES THE ZOO COST?
Please check the Fares section as we have temporary discounts. We also accept donations for the maintenance of our animals.
WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR BUYING TICKETS ONLINE AND HOW LONG ARE THEY VALID?
You can access our website all day long and buy your tickets online. However, they must be purchased at least the day before the visit to be able to use them. They have a validity of 1 year.
WHAT DOES THE TICKET INCLUDE?
The ticket allows you to see all our facilities (zoo + botanical garden) and gives you the right to attend all the educational exhibitions we have. It does not include interaction experiences.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?
At present, the mask is compulsory during the whole tour. You will only be able to remove it in the catering areas when you can maintain a safe distance.
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS ONLINE?
It is very simple, you only have to follow the instructions that you will find in the section of online sale of tickets of our web. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive the tickets in the email you have given us; print them out and present them at the Oasis Wildlife ticket office.
HOW CAN I GET THERE?
We have our own free buses from the main tourist areas of the island and return. You can also get there in your private car, motorbike or bicycle, or on Fuerteventura’s public transport. See the Your Visit section.
ARE THERE GROUP RATES?
Yes, for more than 25 persons please contact our reservations department by phone (+34) 928 161102, or send us an email to email@example.com and we will attend to your specific case.
HOW MUCH DO PEOPLE OVER 60 PAY?
People over 60 years old have a special rate, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve this issue by providing you with the relevant information.
IF WE GO WITH A BABY, DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?
No, children pay only from the age of 4 years.
CAN I USE THE FLASH TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE ANIMALS?
In some cases no, such as fish, and in others yes. It will be indicated in the installation, as it can cause serious problems for their eyesight. Follow the signs and enjoy our Oasis.
CAN I FEED THE ANIMALS THE FOOD I BRING FROM HOME?
No, what we find appealing can cause them serious problems. Each of our animals has a specific diet that has been established by our vets. For this reason, we offer food bags for sale that contain fresh vegetables and fodder, so you can feed our family in a conscientious way.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE ON THE PREMISES?
It is forbidden to smoke during the whole tour and in all the facilities of the enclosure.
WHERE CAN WE EAT?
In the zoo we have three restaurants: Oasis, Sea Lions and El Patio Majorero. We offer a wide range of food from fish, meat and fresh salads from our own garden, to sandwiches and homemade pizzas. We also have a snack bar, vending machines with food and drink products and a picnic area, for those who wish to bring their own food.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DRIVE AROUND THE PARK IN MOTORISED VEHICLES?
We have electric vehicles for rent for your use. Only these will be authorised.
ARE THERE ANY CASH MACHINES?
Yes, at the entrance to the park you can withdraw money. The use of cards is possible for all payments (tickets, restaurants, etc.)
CAN I LEAVE THE PREMISES DURING MY VISIT?
Yes, but you must inform our information staff beforehand so that they can tell you how to re-enter the venue. You will only have 15 minutes to re-enter.
CAN I BRING FOOD FROM HOME FOR A FAMILY LUNCH?
Yes, although at Oasis Wildlife we have a wide variety of food choices, both typical island dishes and international cuisine. You can bring your own food and enjoy the picnic areas we have set up for this purpose.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?
No, our parking is totally free. We also have parking for motorbikes and bicycles.
