Volunteers are a fundamental support for our daily activity. By joining our team of volunteers you can learn new skills, collaborate in animal care and help in the educational work, which is essential to convey to visitors the need to work in favour of wildlife.
When you are to become a volunteer, it is essential to have a lot of motivation, enthusiasm and love for animals.
It is not mandatory to have specific training in veterinary medicine, teaching or biology, nor is it a prerequisite to have previous experience in animal care or customer service. Of course, everything helps, and if you have already had the opportunity to live or work with animals, you will have a lot to contribute! Our volunteers are passionate about flora and fauna, and are in charge of education and learning, guiding visitors and campaigns, as well as other roles.
