Oasis Shop

In this eco-space, located at the entrance of the park, you can find solidarity T-shirts, handicraft products, cuddly toys or children’s games, to continue the fun or surprise that special person who surely loves nature!

In addition to taking a nice souvenir of your visit, you should know that all the purchases you make in our store support the work of our zoo for the conservation and protection of endangered species.

Open all year round from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. The use of a mask is mandatory to access this space.

Infocenter

We have a Visitor Service Office, near the Oasis restaurant, where we will inform you of recommended itineraries, opening hours and activities as well as answering all your questions. Our telephone number is 928 16 11 02, and you can also contact us at reservas@oasiswildlifefuerteventura.com

Automatic cashier

At the entrance to our zoo, next to the Oasis Shop, you will find an ATM where you can withdraw cash.

Health care

We have an active health service during opening hours to attend to visitors. We also have defibrillators in different areas of the centre.

Adapted toilets

We have accessible and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

Diaper Changer

In order to attend to your children’s needs, the Ladies toilets in the Oasis Park Zoo have baby changing facilities.
