Saving elephants
Do you want to know what it’s like to take care of the world’s largest land animal? Discover first-hand, with our zookeepers, how they work with positive reinforcement to ensure that our Noah, Diuna and Mouse elephants maintain optimal health and well-being. You will see a real training session and talk to the professionals who interact with these amazing animals every day.
You will enjoy a tour of our elephants’ working facilities, learn all the secrets of this species from their caretakers and educators in a private session, and participate in the environmental enrichment workshop. Do you know how to do it? We will hide the food so that our animals have to locate it and sharpen their senses.
The income generated from this experience is used to cover the maintenance costs of the elephant family as a whole, and for the international conservation projects that we carry out at the zoo for their survival.

We want to share with you the enthusiasm and passion with which we work every day in the care of this great mammal. After living this experience you will gain a better understanding of the elephants, the challenges they face and what, together, we can do to protect them.

You accompany our zookeepers into the enclosures and experience how we care for the elephants and you can help with the daily feeding.

90 minutes.
WHAT DO I NEED?
We recommend closed shoes and comfortable clothes for this meeting, and the desire to enjoy nature.
AGE:
Children under 4 years old will not be able to do this experience. Children from 6 to 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult with their own experience (16+).
PRICE:
320 € (adults) 210 € (children from 4 years old). This meeting is not included in the general admission price.
TIMES:
This activity takes place in the morning. You can enjoy this activity from Tuesday to Sunday. You must book at least 48 hours before your visit, once you have booked we will contact you immediately to coordinate the day and time of the activity according to your needs and those of the team leading the experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This experience will be carried out in groups of maximum 5 people, with a minimum of 2. To access, you must present the printed voucher at the ticket office. The entrance ticket to Oasis is essential for this experience.
