Remember: The Online purchase is only valid if it has been made at least the day before your visit. Ticket Online purchases made on the same day of the visit will not be valid. Ticket On Line purchases made the same day of the visit will not be valid.

In order to purchase tickets you must be at least 18 years old, be the holder of the card for which payment is to be made and have the necessary legal capacity to contract.

Prices include the corresponding taxes.

For the use of tickets/entries for children, senior citizens, residents of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands and disabled persons, each category must be accredited at the park ticket office by presenting their National Identity Card or Passport and the corresponding documentation justifying each condition. Children under 4 years of age do not pay admission to the park.

The “SPECIAL EXPERIENCES” tickets cannot be used independently. The additional purchase of a ticket to access the park is necessary, with the only exception of the Camel Safari, where it depends on the area of use in the outdoor area (zone 1, no additional purchase of ticket to access the park is necessary) or in the indoor area (zone 2, additional purchase of ticket to access the park is necessary).

The minimum age for interaction with Sea Lions is 7 years old. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult during the interaction. Likewise, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the lemur interaction. Accompanying adults will also need to purchase a ticket for the interaction.
